Born during the uncertainties of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, eKuruvi Steps has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to both physical wellness and mental health.

Physical Wellness

Through the simple act of walking 10,000 steps daily, we inspire individuals to take charge of their physical health.

Mental Well-being

We foster mental health through social connections, community support, and mindful movement.

Social Impact

Our initiatives support meaningful causes like blood donation, mental health awareness, and youth empowerment.
